Open Customer dashboard and sign in with your authorized identity. If you belong to several organizations, choose one before opening monitoring. Your organization session follows you to data setup, history, incidents and scientific tools; no API token is required for the customer path.

Save your display name and timezone in Your profile. Measurement views retain their UTC labels. Administrators manage the organization name, sites and user access. Operators manage data and rules. Readers can view information but cannot submit simulations or change data.

An administrator can grant access to an email address. The user must also be allowed by the organization’s sign-in policy and sign in to claim the grant. No invitation email is sent yet. If access is pending or your organization is paused, contact your administrator.

Sign out on Customer dashboard to end the application session. The separate identity-provider sign-out also ends Access sign-in for other protected applications. SOPIQ Overlord is a separate administration area; a customer administrator cannot enter it.
